The theme was Ballets Russes, I followed the story of the Firebird, leading to a plethora of peacocks.

I've always really loved the characters of  'Alice in Wonderland', especially the many depictions of them in books, I would love to continue on this theme at some point.

A little development from my 'Pierrot' illustration; I wanted to look into my 'Pierre' character more.
This was also a Christmas present for a penfriend of mine, not that it reached her for Christmas, snail mail and all, haha.

A resurrection of an old character of mine, he disappeared for a while, but then reappeared when I was researching the Commedia dell'Arte.

This version has been made into a vector through illustrator. For college I have to prepare an image for laser cutting, so I'm looking forward to when I can post the laser cut version of this!
